While we aim to cover as much as possible during our cleaning services, a few specific areas and items are restricted for safety and liability reasons:
  • Blinds will only be gently dusted—no deep or wet cleaning methods applied.
  • Wall cleaning is limited to light spot treatment only; full wall washes are not included.

Please note that the following are not offered by our cleaners under any circumstances:

  • Heavy lifting of items or furniture exceeding 10kg
  • Dusting or vacuuming high areas (e.g., ceilings or tall surfaces) that are out of safe reach
  • Use of tall ladders or step ladders beyond two steps, except for Deep Cleans with prior approval
  • Cleaning of outdoor or exterior-facing windows
  • Steam cleaning or shampooing carpets (standard vacuuming is included)
  • Removal of stains or marks requiring advanced treatments
  • Cleaning of BBQs, garages, or patio areas (except basic sweeping if applicable)
  • Handling or cleaning biohazards such as blood, pet waste, or mould-affected surfaces
  • Waste removal or rubbish disposal outside of household bins
  • Operating home appliances like washing machines, dryers, or dishwashers
  • Cleaning delicate or breakable objects (e.g., ornaments, fine décor)
  • Interior cleaning of light fixtures, fittings, or ceiling fans
  • Servicing of heating vents, ductwork, or air filters
  • Cleaning fireplaces, chimneys, or related fixtures
  • Treating odours or embedded pet hair in carpet fibres
  • Providing pest control or dealing with insects/infestations
  • Performing outdoor work such as lawn care, gardening, or landscaping
  • Accessing or cleaning any area outside the home’s interior
